I was suponeaed into court as a witness with another police officer. First of all, the officer never showed up on the first day because he ignored the supoena (which according to the thing is a crime), so they called his captain, the next day, he took off for a 5 day vacation.
Yeah, I'm sure the NYPD will pay attention to this one, especially when a) they probably can't even find an officer who has the vaguest memory of such an incident/incidents, if it happened at all and b) it's just someone on the internet ranting about something so trivial and once again, hard to prove that it happened.

I run lights all the time IN FRONT OF COPS. Every day I go to work, I run 1-2 lights by sneaking pass a cop stopped for the light at an intersection. They don't care. Sometimes, when there's no traffic and I volunteer to stop next to the cop, the cop'll slowly roll through the intersection so I can follow and run the light, then they speed off and run the next few lights too.
