Seems like it'll force you to have a bit of a mountian bike riding position (the handlebars should be higher). That rack looks flimsy compared to most European racks. Although it'd be considered a good rack in America. The seat should be springed.

It's nice that it has lights and fenders but it looks a lot more like an American-style "hybrid" than a real comfort/cruiser bike.
