I still haven't settled the personal claim on my accident i was involved in in sept last year. I signed off on the physical bike replacement, but i haven't signed off on the personal injuries yet cause i want to makes sure i'm 100% better and there will be no residual or life long disadvantage cause i was hit.

DEFINITLY see a doctor, even something minor should be fully treated just to make sure.

Especially since it's a large company don't settle for something small, if you don't get what you want call, or threaten to call a lawyer and that will definitly up the settlment offer.
