Flaming someone for using poor grammar while doing so yourself.

The proper word is "you're" as in "you are".

From www.dictionary.com if you need verification beyond some person on an internet forum:

Your = "adj. The possesive form of you."
You're = "contraction of you are"

And, while not often confused with "your", I have seen it before, so I'll include it for thoroughness:

Yore = "Time long past: days of yore"

So, the moral of the story is: if you're going to flame someone for poor grammar, make sure yours is beyond reproach!
