Great ride this morning. Just cool enough for arm warmers, vest, and full finger gloves for the first half of the ride.
Graduation at the university I ride through. Not much extra traffic but lots of parents and family on the sidewalks, stepping off the curb without looking.
A "much younger than me" commuter (looked to be about 28-30) pulled up beside me at the light at the east entrance to the campus. He was way too slow. Left him at the light. He caught up with me 1.2 miles later in the usual traffic backup. Passed me in the left turn lane and made a right turn at the light. I wonder if he does this every day? Great example of a law abiding cyclist.

No wonder so many motorists get pissed at cyclists.
The rest of the ride was great. Saw a few other commuters.

It's National Bike Week!!!
