I'm not terribly keen on getting out onto the road with a fixie. I did years of messer work on a SS, and I'm much more comfortable on those. Years of spinning has given me my ability to turn them cranks over fast and smooth. How fast and smooth remains to be seen. The thought of a hill descent on fixed chills this boy/man's blood.

As it is I may be looking to "road up" my MTB gearing wise, I've been running out of gears on the road lately. Who knows a place for some 1inch 26" slicks?
