In Green Bay!?!

I could have sworn hills (even really subtle ones) didn't exist in that part of the country. I have been able to find one hill in Appleton, and it's not even in Appleton (it's in Sherwood, more or less).

Ah well, maybe those in Green Bay are more fortunate (I have yet to ride there, but all in good time).
