Thanks that's good to know about the chain wear. That's something I had no idea about.

Yeah. I dunno what to do if their only excuse is "they don't make the same chainring anymore." I hope another store would have it. But that would really suck if nobody had the chainring that fits. I really don't see how that can even be possible.

What really sucks now is that the lbs probably tossed away my broken chain rings, so now i dont even have the original chainrings, so nobody is going to know what is the correct thing to put on..ahhh...
