Bikes: Tiemeyer Road Bike & Ridley Domicles

Outstanding bike
yes my twin brother bought one about a month ago.
He got the Guru Titanio Carbon, road bike.
Campy record, Easton fork and cane creek Carbon rims.

short story.

A week ago he was going down a hill about 40 mph, hit a pothole and his front tire blew, did an endo
the bike landed on the seat and then bounced on the right side, Deril. side.
Belt line road going into Cedar Hill, dallas,Texsas is quite a steep climb with a great downhill if you turn back around after the climb to catch some jollies.

He was injured quite severly, care flight to a trauma hospitial in dallas.
extent of his injures are:

broken right shoulder, rotator cuff damage
5 fractured vertebras in his back, L-1 to L-5, when he hit the pavement they figure his shoulder hit, bounced and then landed on his lower his back.
tore part of his thumb off, they stitched that back on
fractured left heel
tremendous amount of road rash.
he wil not be able to ride again until september if he does at all he is questioning this
a stream of bad luck, he was hit twice by errant drivers, the last one about three weeks before this accident, Felony hit n run.

The bike not a scratch, zero damage to the frame.
The bike is being sent back to canada, but the bike Manager @ Richardson Bike Mart could find no damage.

I would have to say an outstanding bike, {Guru} too still be intact after a crash like that.
