Exactly. My point was to not ADD anymore salt or eat foods that are inherently salty. Salt is
glued to pretzels, so I cut out pretzels....which sucks 'cause I love pretzels. All the sodium (and most every vitamin and mineral) your body needs can be had from a normal diet.
