Since you aren't losing any weight try cutting out a couple of things in your diet. Potato chips and soda.
Things with high fructose corn syrup.
Eat a bowl of oatmeal in the morning, sweeten with raisins instead of sugar.
Have a salad with your lunch. Or eat soup. Don't load up the salad with cheese, meat, creamy salad dressing. 2,000 calorie salads with a large Diet Coke is not dieting. Dark, leafy greens are the best; iceberg lettuce is crap. Two Clif bars often does me for lunch; I'll eat them while walking 3 miles during lunch break.
Don't eat fast food.
Eat a sensible supper. Don't eat too late at night.
Drink plenty of water throughout the day.
How are you riding? Long rides at a moderate pace will burn the fat better than maxing out your heart rate on short bursts or slow commuter rides. But to build speed the mantra is intervals, intervals, intervals.(go as fast as you can for as long as you can. rest while you roll along. repeat)
