food to take with you on a ride
Anybody know of a (preferably vegan) recipe for granola bars? Or any other recipe for food that fits in a backpack and won't mind getting knocked around or squished.
I was thinking of (I am an abomination to the culinary arts) of taking peanut butter and mixing it with oats, granola, dried fruits, and honey. oh maybe brown sugar. And just baking it in the oven into bar shapes.
