Heat exhaustion is almost as bad though. Happened to me in Louisiana.
Heat exhaustion is quite common here. I've had this happen 3 or 4 times before. Nothing worse than blowing chunks on the side of the road when the temp is 109f and humidity is like 2,000,000%.
