oh jason... you'll LOVE the double metric! it's SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO gorgeous! climbing latigo... as long as it's not cloudy or foggy... after each hairpin... you get a better and better view of the ocean! and then you go by rich people homes and gorgeous horses! then back to the coast... i love riding PCH hearing the ocean (ya... i even turn my ipod off just so i can hear the ocean instead of music!)

and the double metric DESCENDS potrero whereas the double, triple, etc all climb it! not that there's not a lot of climbing in the double metric.. there is! but after descending potrero several times during rides over the past year.... i'd MUCH rather do that than climb it!
