Litespeed's customer service was great a couple years ago. Sent an email to them that I needed another decal. She responded same day that they would be in the mail, and what else? I mentioned I was suprised a bike of that cost didn't include water bottles. She said no problem and STILL wanted to know if there was anything else she could do. That's great service. Sent two Litespeed bottles and two complete decal sets! No charge, nice....
