Awesome.....

The first time I saw a cyclist riding with an HID system I honestly
thought it was some guy on a motorcycle it was so bright.

It was the Cateye Stadium light, which was the first HID light
for cyclists that was commercially available.

I like your idea for the three tail-lights on one battery.

I think I want to get one of those things.

Right now I'm using two Cateye EL300s (the second one should
be here soon). The days have been long enough that I've not
had to really use it much but as the days get shorter I'll need
real lights and I'll probably follow your suggestion as soon as
I can afford it.

I especially like your HID lights because they are helmet mounted.
A $300 light would vanish pretty quick in downtown Minneapolis
where I live - thieves see nice things and they tend to take them.

I can leave it mounted on the helmet and just take it with me into
the office. Cool.

Can you show us some pictures of the batteries mounted on the
bike so I can get a feel for how they are hooked up?
