I wear arm warmers and leg warmers when I do ride in warm rain with rain gear. I am sweaty, but at least the wicking stuff takes that stuff off my skin directly. And if I vent, it's not as bad. I've learned to not zip up entirely and velcro my arms closed and stuff like that.
