Sooner or later my bikes all end up with scratches, dents, dings, chips, etc.
I prefer they be as perfect as humanly possible when I purchase a new bike. That way I can be the person who puts all the defects on my bike.
The exception being if I recieved a discount for said bike. I like saving $$ even more.
