back: I did, and Oregon does allow (recognize) the right hand signal. I admit that I'm surprised. OK, let me retract my statement about being legal in "most of the States." I stand corrected (and slightly embarassed).
I wonder then, like Big Paulie, whether the right hand signal is instantly recognizable to other non-bicyclists?
