Yeah. There's construction equipment reducing the width of the path to 3 feet or less at both the stantions - narrow enough that bikes cannot pass going in opposite directions, and definitely narrow enough that if you try to ride through without slowing you'll get a little adrenaline shot as you pass over the speedbump and into the sharp turn around the construction gear
