This is what I was going to recommend and is what I am doing now - I drive to a park and ride with my bike on a rack and ride from there.
If I rode from my home to work it would be
a similar distance to yours and I'd have to get
up at 3 a.m. just to have a chance to make it
in on time. No thanks.
So yeah, finding a park and ride adjacent to an
MUT would be my recommendation. Works for
me anyway.
