I'm running Nashbar's 48/38/28 cranks, they're great. I've got them on an old road bike, couldn't be happier with them. And actually, I should correct that, I replaced the middle and small rings with 36t and 24t, to give an even lower range of gears (and btw, the Nashbar chainrings that can be ordered separately are Stronglights, they even come in a Stronglight pkg). I use the bike for commuting and errand running, sometimes carrying quite a bit of weight, so I like the low gears. The 110/74 BCD is very versatile, with the ability to put up to a 52t big ring, I believe, and a 24t for the small ring. The Nashbar ISIS bottom bracket I bought to go with the cranks seems very good, too, I've put a little over 2000 miles on it and the cranks so far. Heck, for less than $100, you get the cranks and bottom bracket, a great deal as far as I'm concerned-
