Oh, I see...

So just what did Moots Production Manager Brad Bingham do to create this unique frame? Seeing Mike will be living in an environment where the average temperatures are expected to be well below zero, consistently, Brad devised a series of bike functionalities that make sense for those wishing to co-exist with the polar bears. Specifically, the down tube can hold approximately 1.5 liters of white gas, ideal for melting snow for drinking and cooking water, as well as both legs of the fork hold fuel. Even the custom 150mm wide front and rear hubs are interchangeable, using a 12 mm thru axle with SRAM Maxle quick release skewers. The wheels are Surly Endomorph 3.7 tires on Remolino sand rims. And the finishing touches are the custom built front and rear titanium racks.
