Shouldn't be a problem running them at 90 unless you carry severe weight (250+ lbs.?).
But with regular Marathons in general, the further they are away from 100 psi, the more sluggish they become, in my experience.

In case you don't have one, it may be a good investment to get a floor pump. As good as the Road Morphs are, they are best used as emergency substitutes.
