Just an update, after complaining to Fizik in Italy, they have instructed the australian distributor
to courier a new Fizik Arione carbon braided saddle to my LBS for a swap.
It pays to go to the top with your complaints, I sent an e-mail to their marketing manager.
Thanks Fizik my faith in your customer service has been restored.
