Thanks for the kind words of support guys. Congrats Cig, great average speed for the time trial, I'm too bummed out to have a go at it this week but next week I'll give it my best shot.

I'm going fishing this weekend and just decompress and regroup, I'll still be doing my daily 'commute' rides next week otherwise I'll lose my mind so I hope you guys don't mind me staying in touch with the VLCC untill I find another job.

Anyhow, I have another hour or so of employmeny left so I'm off to steal some stationery and eat all the cream filled biscuits out of the office kitchen. Have a great weekend y'all.
