Supergo style bike shop revival??

I am Alan Goldsmith, founder of Supergo Bike Shops. As most people know, I sold Supergo to Performance in late 2002 and I have been sort of retired ever since. I have no association with Performance. But I miss my Supergo days in many ways and I am considering coming back in the near future. Of couse, it would be under a new name with some new angles. But that's not important right now. Last year, the Supergo stores were converted into and renamed, Performance. In today's market, I don't know of any dealer that is doing all of the interesting things that happened in the old Supergo. I would like some friendly guidance from among the thousands of consumers out of my 4 stores in So Calif and one in Chandler, AZ. The questioin is whether you think that today's retail bike market is calling out for the specific type of store that I pioneered and ran. I know the market is different today. There aren't as many fantastic and easy closeouts. MTB's are divided into several small niches, and road bikes have become very expensive and similar. Yes, I will start to reveal details of my plans at the appropirate times, as they take shape.
