Rear flat... best way to fix when loaded

So, another flat tire! I am working on getting some liners (tomorrow), but have a question:

How do you guys change your rear tire with a loaded bike and computer/bell/light on the handlebars?

It seems sooo much easier without said items, flip the bike over and take rim off. I changed my rear on my commute today, seems to have taken me 20 minutes (mostly trying to figure out how to keep the bike up. I searched around a bit, but couldn't really find an answer (other than get rid of the Bontrager Select K's, I presume!)

Thanks (and wish me luck on the way home)

Kerry
