Take everything off your bike you don't need.
1) Ride without your clipless shoes
2) Replace pedals with platforms
3) Tighten crank bolts
4) Tighten chainring bolts
5) Check stem/handlebar bolts
6) BB Lockrings/etc.
7) Grease seatpost/seatrails.
Then maybe, it could be your BB.
I just fixed my phantom squeak and it turned out to be right pedal grease problem.
