Doh! Looks like mine might be included. Got a set of wheels with 105 hubs. HB-5501a is marked on them.
I'm not sure that's included (site just says HB-5501) but I'd rather be on the safe side. Silver skewer, wheel purchased a month ago, no stickers on the QR levers.
The recall notice isn't very specific (is 5501a covered, or not?), nor does it give the date that the recall notice was posted.
