Hot, humid summer days are coming up. Inspired by the beating the heat thread, and going on the assumption that jersey color makes a significant difference on cycling efficiency, I have to ask - what's the cheapest, yet most effective white (or white-ish) jersey? The only problem I can see is that it'd show dirt too easily, but since jerseys are synthetic any stains should wash right out(?).

The jersey doesn't have to be all white, but it can't be half covered in black stripes.
