It could differ by year, but my recently purchased 1988 or 1989 Centurion Ironman Master Dave Scott has a 7 speed cluster with a 12 tooth small ring. I haven't taken it apart, but I think it is a cassette and not a freewheel in my case. Full Shimano 600.
