Used to live in the area, and I rode the park all the time. Not sure of your exact route - but riding through the valley should be a fairly pleasureable expereince. I try to get a ride in whenever I visit the folks.

Your location in Beford would probably be the determining factor of route. Cuyahoga Falls seemed pretty pleasant last time I went through. Bedford, I imagine, could be challenging when looking at route, road quality, etc.

You plan on sticking to the road or using the towpath and getting all chalk covered from the limestone?
