Yeah, R600's numbers are not very impressive at all. I am just a cat 4 yet my threshold (30 minutes) was 297 last time I was checked. Holding 450 watts for 30 seconds is not all that difficult either. I see numbers that high for a couple of minutes at a time during climbs. During sprints they are much, much higher.

If you are going to brag at least do it with some impressive superman type numbers.
