If this were a court, I'd be right there with you. Unfortunately, it's not. Phonak spends millions a year to have a pro cycling team that wears their logo, and the goal is to sell products based on that advertising. If their name is dragged through the mud, even if the allegation is false, I think pulling their sponsorship is a good way to go.
They were implicated as being one of the intended recipients of the blood that Liberty Seguros's DS had lying around the house.
