Terrible designs those Integrated Headsets and worse is trying to replace the sealed bearings which get stuck to the head tube and need hammering out.The problem with them is when water gets in the "sealed" bearings(they are supposed to be sealed anyway) it completely wrecks them in 6 months.

I've seen $2000 bikes with wrecked Internal Headest bearings after a year.The standard Cup design is much better.I still have an original set of bearings in a 15 year old bike which still run like new.
