I suppose the bottom line for me is, it's not only fun to ride, it's better for health despite its risks.

It's the most effecient form of travel and beter for the pocketbook and environment too.

For all the worry about problems with traffic, several leading research institutions in the world have done studies world wide to prove the net positive effect cycling has, even consideing all risks involved in riding a bicycle. All the worrying is for naught.

If riding a bicycle was truley dangerous, how did it keep its popularity after more than 100 years?
