pretty sure it has standard british ISO threading, again be careful removing the BB. You can google it for the proper tool, and maybe get the threading and removal directions that way. I ended up taking a drill to it after messing up on side of the cups. It was very stubborn for derlin. If it still spins OK maybe just leave it in there. After removal on my ('87) peugeot I was able to thread a suntour BB in there with ISO threading. Your's look a little older though
