I'm starting to believe that this kind of thing is especially common in the DC area... especially on Beach Dr when you run into some of the organized group rides...

I'd give an example, but it more or less mirrors DrPete's rant. Out for a lesiurely ride, stragglers in a group yelling at people for 'slowing them down'. Don't get me wrong, I'm not trying to put down anybody here. If people want to use those roads to train, or whatever, that's fine. It just irritates me that they seem to want the world to watch out for them, but don't really return the courtesy.
