Two people were sitting in lawn chairs on the bicycle bridge over the Winooski River. They had a cooler. Man and woman. We exchanged hellos, but it was strange. Why were they there?
Nice here too... clear, not too humid, traffic wasn't bad at all, was a nice ride today...

Perhaps they were traffic spotters? observing traffic flow for road planning... we have that around here.
Some city guys were measuring a curb as I neared my office, I smiled and said "you guys gonna build me a bike lane?"
