From: Beaufort, South Carolina, USA and surrounding islands.

Bikes: Cannondale R500, Motobecane Messenger

SPD-type = any two bolt cleat attaching system. Other versions are Time ATAC and Crank Brothers Eggbeaters. Those two use the same two bolt cleat pattern, but the cleats are different then SPD.

Eggbeaters are 4 sided.
