The traffic's okay (relatively) most of the time, sometimes it can be hectic, but as long as you're careful and smart, you'll be fine. I wouldn't suggesting bombing around like you own it, but don't be timid, because thats when you get into trouble. And DON'T ride on the right! Take a lane or ride in the middle. If you only ride in the right, you'll get a right hook, doored, and many other nasty things all in one block.
