Your cost/s for correcting problems caused by poor or inadequate tool quality will far exceed the price diference between "tools" and "quality tools". The best only costs a little bit more.......and the rewards are LOT more. I perform 100% of my bicycle maint (including wheelbuilding) with 100% Park tools purchased from http://ebiketools.com/ great selection and service.
