Touche'... It's amazing what a mixed bag of parts and markings were used on these short wheelbase Paramount tandems during their brief production period.
This data is wrong; see Scooper's post below. Of course, the third digit in the serial number would yield the definitive answer: a 7 = 77, 8 = 78, 9=79, e.g., EF7123456
