1. What type of bikes do 50+ folks ride?
I will turn 52 on September 18th and I have been riding for about a year and a half on a Specialized Sirrus hybrid.
2. Do you take any special supplements/vitamins/minerals as you have gown older?
Just lots of coffee.
3. How much do you feel you have "slowed down" if any?
Since I am a newbie I really have no clue as to how to answer that.
4. How long have you been biking? New, around a while, biked all your life?
Bout a year and a half.
5. What type of biking do you do? Long rides, touring, short rec rides, commute, tour, race?
The longest I have riden is about 50 miles in a day. I usually do about 10-20 per day.
6. How often do you bike? Your approximate annual mileage?
Probably around 3000
7. Do you do any other type of physical activities - weight lifting, skiing, running, etc.?
I hike, teach Spinning and Step aerobics.
