after a long ass hill?

I ran into one this morning on a short seven mile ride, who appeared as usual, at the end of a nice slow increasing grade.

This one came from the backyard where the fence was left open, but he had no ill intent, and just went away after a short clip.

I used to carry a frame pump that worked well for the really viscious ones, but it gets scary when you are trying to go fast and wack away at the same time. I've never stopped and gotten off the bike....I'm always trying to get the hell out of there.

Never tried pepper spray, but I may have to invest in some.

I wish someone would invent a supersoic ear drum busting air horn or something to immobilize the little beasts.
