Vuelta's, I think, are a pretty good name brand. But 13mm wide? Most road wheels are in the 19mm width range I think. I'll have to google around and see.

That brings up another question. What is a good rim width for 23mm wide tires, or other width tires? I know car wheels should be about 1.5inches narrower than the tire for a good clinch but what's the rule of thumb for bike tires?
