Scam?
It looks like Craig's List phishing for new email addresses, or worse yet it could be an outright ripoff scam. Unfortunately, one of spammer's newest ways to get free current email addresses is to pull in people with too-good-to-be-true ads. One I recently saw read like:
"I really don't know much about musical instruments, especially electric guitars, but I've got one here that I've had in a closet since 1958 when my husband died and its says Gibson Les Paul or something like that on it. It has a real pretty flame to the wood too. I may be asking to much, but I'd like to get at least [insert ridiculously low price] for it."
In this case, I don't know what a bike like that Allez would sell for if used, but it does sound sort of intentionally dumbed down.
