Unless it's a 'bad' hole, then yes. Since you describe it as tiny, it's OK. As Retro Grouch mentioned, if you want, you can use a small bit of tape to keep the inner tube from going out... I usually have a little bit of electrical tape wrapped around my CO2 inflator for multi-purposes like this...
