Check out some Cinelli Criteriums. You need a stem that fits them in Cinelli's annoying 26.4 or whatever it is, diameter but if you've got a bike that can take a threaded stem, they make some beautiful stems too. Take a look at eBay. They are aluminum but very comfy.
